Ingredients
1 head purple cabbage
1 – 3 inches ginger root more to taste, a little goes a long way
1 whole lime an extra lime to slice and garnish the glasses, if you are feeling fancy
STEP 1
Cut the cabbage into chunks that will fit into the feeder part of the juicer.
STEP 2
Feed the cabbage, lime, and ginger into the juicer.
STEP 3
If desired, strain the juice or hold back the foam with a butter knife while pouring into glasses. This makes the juice smoother. Enjoy or chill & enjoy!
