Ingredients
4 cos lettuce , shredded finely
6 scallions, ends peeled, cleaned, finely sliced
2 cucumber, chopped into even-sized pieces
6 tbsp dill, fresh, finely chopped
For the dressing:
160 ml olive oil, extra-virgin
4 tbsp vinegar, white, red wine
2 tsp sea salt
cracked black pepper, (optional)
STEP 1
Wash and dry the lettuce leaves. Use a salad spinner for the best results
STEP 2
Shred the lettuce finely using a sharp knife.
Finely slice the spring onions, dice the cucumbers and finely chop the dill.
STEP 3
Add all the ingredients to a large salad bowl.
STEP 4
Whisk the dressing and pour over the green salad.
Toss everything together until combined and serve immediately.
