Buffalo Brussels Sprouts

Buffalo Brussels sprouts combine the indulgent flavour of buffalo wings with the health benefits of nutrient packed Brussels sprouts. A great recipe for footy night, or to spice up a weeknight dinner.

Ingredients

700g brussels sprouts
3 tablespoons olive oil
salt and pepper
1/2 cup hot red chilly sauce
3 tablespoons butter

STEP 1
Preheat oven to 400 degrees.

STEP 2
Cut the ends off the brussels sprouts and cut in half. Toss with olive oil and sprinkle with salt and pepper.  Spread on a baking sheet in an even layer and roast for 35-45 minutes until crisp on the outside and tender on the inside.

STEP 3
Meanwhile, melt butter in a microwave safe dish. Whisk in hot sauce and pour over roasted brussels sprouts.

STEP 4
Toss to coat and enjoy!
